After the HTS Electronics Menno has worked for three years at IHN (Engineering North) and three years at Holec Projects. During these years, Menno been involved in various projects in different companies.

Then Menno joined SCA in Hoogezand for 10 years as a process engineer, project manager and machine coach (production manager). Menno was certified in 2006 as a Black Belt in Lean and 6 Sigma.

With the above experience, he is always busy with process improvements.

In 2007 Menno has chosen for a new challenge at Abbott. Abbott is a worldwide operating Health Company, which at that time introduced Lean, 6 Sigma and change management.

At Abbott, Menno has given various trainings in the field of Lean and 6 Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Sponsor training, Awareness and Change Management). Also, Menno managed various programs / projects.

After the Master Black Belt Training in 2008 in Chicago (George Group), Menno has deepened in the field of Lean and 6 Sigma.

Recent years Menno has given many trainings and lectures:

• Assen and Utrecht on the invitation of Imtech / Qconsult: Continuous improvement and OEE improvements
• Zwolle on the Food Tech Fair: Continuous improvement
• Ede invited by PAVO Foundation: Training, important aspect of Continuous Improvement
• Also Menno has given workshops on Design of Experiments (DOE), at the High School Windesheim in Zwolle, for a group of international students who follow the minor Process optimisation
